Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Canaan, CT is seeking a Forklift Operator for night shift (7pm–7am) to safely move products within the distribution center using high reach, counterbalance, and electric pallet jack.

You will unload, stock, pick pallets, and load as needed. Responsibilities include using RF scanners and the Manhattan WMS to maintain inventory accuracy, follow PPE and safety procedures, and provide backup support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required if no diploma.
• Experience with high-reach or counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while following site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Cross train and provide backup support when required.
