Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to perform trailer inspections, secure trailers, and ensure temperature compliance for inbound and outbound orders.

You will load/unload using RF scanners and verify paperwork, codes, and pallet counts. You will put away received product, replenish pick locations, and handle pallet picking while closely coordinating with quality control, inventory, and shift supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Have demonstrated work history.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in cold environments and around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs trailer inspections for inbound/outbound orders and ensures trailers are secured and meet temperature requirements.
• Loads/unloads product using RF scanners and maintains accurate paperwork with quality control and inventory teams.
• Receives product from POs or stock transfers, verifies case counts, codes, pallet counts, and documents damages.
• Ensures outbound shipments are accurate in weight distribution and compliance.
• Puts away received product, replenishes pick locations, and completes full pallet picking for orders.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections and reports safety concerns.
• Abides by GMPs, Saputo food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Reports potential quality, food safety, and workplace hazards to management.
• Attends required training, shift meetings, and committees.
