Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to load pallets, receive bulk ingredients, and prepare goods for shipment. Work involves operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and supporting cycle counts in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will help ensure product integrity, safety, and quality through GMP adherence, PPE use, and accurate documentation, while staying flexible for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents in English and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets and place items in trailers using equipment.
• Receive bulk ingredients and store in designated areas.
• Assist in cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP, PPE, SOP, HACCP and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect packaged goods and ingredients for quality and safety.
• Report hazards and take action to ensure food safety and quality.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and train others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
