Job summary

Revolution Foods in California is seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll assist with material staging, assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.

You will keep a clean, organized workspace, follow GMP and safety rules, read production labels in English, and work across departments to meet KPIs. This entry-level role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am, with base pay of $17.11 per hour and a strong

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production labels.
• Knowledge of safe food handling.
• Familiarity with GMPs helpful.
• Ability to work in a chilled, damp environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Flexible and varied shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material staging, assembly, and packaging.
• Ensure accurate counting and packing throughout the day; multitasking is required.
• Read and interpret production labels in English.
• Work across multiple departments including assembly, prep, ovens, beverage, fulfillment, and pack-out.
• Maintain production pace to meet KPIs and team flow.
• Perform basic sanitation duties and follow safety practices.
