Job summary

TW Garner Food Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the night shift to support reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems in a food manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a range of equipment, ensuring food safety, equipment integrity, and production readiness.

The role requires reading and following procedures, using CMMS for work orders, and maintaining safe, clean, and GMP-compliant work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food processing and troubleshooting production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow verbal, written, and technical procedures.
• Proficient with CMMS and maintenance documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls on production equipment.
• Consult drawings, P&IDs, manuals, VFDs, and PLCs to diagnose issues.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Support packaging machinery, conveyors, pumps, sensors, and related systems.
• Document work in CMMS and track parts usage and notes.
• Maintain GMP-compliant, clean work areas and safety procedures.
