Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on client sites in a night shift role. You will scrub, buff, vacuum, and clean restrooms, contributing to high-quality cleaning services under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor surfaces (hard and carpet) including scrubbing and vacuuming.
• Operate floor machines and perform debris cleanup.
• Interact with Carlson clients, store personnel and the public in a respectful manner.
