Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience required.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors with appropriate machinery.
• Apply wax to floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors with chemicals.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.
