Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a 3rd shift Floor Tech for a Sunday–Thursday shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM at a manufacturing facility.

The role involves steam-cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, sealing and deep cleaning painted surfaces, and general cleaning of buildings. Candidates should be able to handle physical work, maintain safety, and follow supervisor directions while contributing to a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation and ability to follow schedules.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets and strip floors with proper machinery.
• Apply wax and buff floors.
• Apply sealant and perform deep cleans of painted floors with appropriate chemicals or degreasers.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum general areas; clean other surfaces.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture; empty trash.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
