Job summary

Grover Corporation in Glendale, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Production/Shipping Floater to support dynamic manufacturing and packing operations during the 7 PM - 5 AM shift. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and basic welding/handling awareness as needed.

Responsibilities include priority-based production support, material handling, loading/unloading parts, and inventory assistance under Shipping supervision.

• Support with material handling, inventory counts, and basic operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
