Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking an overnight Janitor on a full-time basis in Shafter, CA to maintain client facilities and ensure a clean, safe environment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have time management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with cleaning and basic knowledge of cleaning products is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
