Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for night shift (7pm-7:30am) on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule in Wisconsin.

You will operate and maintain facility and utility equipment, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and respond to alarms to protect manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, follow GDP and good documentation practices, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus.
• Associates degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years maintenance experience.
• Experience with basic hand tools and electrical meters.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• CMMS experience; Maximo preferred.
• FDA-regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and maintenance activities in facility areas.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance requirements and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to SOPs and GDP documentation practices with accurate records.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment including boilers, air handlers and motors.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Work with limited supervision and communicate effectively.
