Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA, is seeking a Fabricator for night shift (3:30pm–1:30am) with a focus on setup and operation of brake presses, lasers, drills, and saws. You will follow SOPs, read blueprints, and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards.

Required: basic shop math, ability to read blueprints, and 1,000 hours of trade school (preferred). Overtime may be required; full benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and fabrications to blueprint specifications.
• Knowledge of basic shop math and tape measure usage.
• Identify steel types and gauges; ability to calculate tonnage for punching/shearing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality parts meeting daily production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture to specification.
• Identify steel types; apply basic shop math as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; participate in 5S.
