Job summary

Westmor Industries, Inc. in Morris, MN is seeking a Fabricator to produce high-quality metal components and support our fabrication team.

You will read blueprints, measure and assemble parts, operate saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems, and maintain a safe, organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work Monday-Thursday on the 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM shift, with a $18–$22 hourly baseline and a $3 per hour night differential.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Able to read tape measure increments of 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32".
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems).
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
