Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Windows applications proficiency (1–2 years).
• Blown film extrusion experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Set up blown film equipment operation including feed, speed, and temperature.
• Inspect materials and ensure product quality meets standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Operate extrusion lines and monitor yield and efficiency.
• Record data and communicate with Production Control.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
