Job summary

Veo invites applications for Repair Technician to maintain and repair our electric fleet. This role suits mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to safer, sustainable communities. Prior EV experience is not required; bike/scooter/car repair fits well.

You will work on Veo's bikes and scooters, perform repairs, safety inspections, and maintain logs. This full-time position offers night shifts and a pay range of $19.50–$20 per hour, plus benefits and Veo credits.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance/auto repair.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull electric bikes/scooters weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo's electric bikes/scooters from tightening a bolt to replacing a motor.
• Conduct quality checks and routine inspection to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.
• Follow processes to log and track maintenance records.
• Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain excellent warehouse organization and set an example for teammates.
• Perform field tasks as needed such as swapping batteries and redistribution.
• Other duties as assigned
