Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment and educates on home care needs.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance and professional development.
• Develops and documents plans of care with interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Uses nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and ensure communication across care continuum.
