Job summary

IHA is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shifts (7p-7a) at Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, GA. The role involves assessing and coordinating patient care in a fast-paced ED.

Required Georgia RN licensure; ACLS/PALS/ENPC within 12 months; TNCC preferred. One year of recent RN experience is preferred. Works under the Charge Nurse with independent judgment in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Graduation from an NLM accredited school of nursing.
• One year of recent Registered Nursing experience preferred (within the past five years)
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC mandatory within 1 year of employment if not certified; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide resource support to staff and coordinate patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics and hospital systems.
