Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates for our Olive Branch, MS Distribution Center. This position offers night shifts with strong overtime potential and starting pay of $19.97 per hour plus shift- or equipment-based incentives.

Role involves fast-paced order fulfillment, safety and accuracy in product shipments, and opportunities for incentive pay based on performance. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and educational assistance,

Qualifications

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
• Warehouse Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Engage in wellbeing activities and take part in a program that can provide gym membership rebates and premium savings
• On-the-job training to certify you in driving power industrial equipment and operating advanced automation
