Job summary

Interstate Premier is seeking an Equipment Operator to work at client sites in Ohio. This fast-growing, family-owned janitorial and maintenance company rewards performance and promotes from within, with a culture of recognition and opportunity to advance.

The role runs 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, at $15.00/hour. An attendance incentive adds $1.00/hour for completing all scheduled full-time hours (40/wk).

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment (EPJ, scrubber, baler) safely.
• Remove trash and replace liners; handle chemicals per procedure.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
