Job summary

iHerb is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician for the night shift in Elgin, Illinois. The technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support business goals.

Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience and preferably an Associate’s degree in a mechanical field. A safety-conscious mindset and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of maintenance mechanic or related experience.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs with proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
