Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale is seeking an Environmental Services Technician for the night shift to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other areas. You will perform cleaning and floor care following established protocols, operate floor care equipment, and handle waste and supplies.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and a valid driver’s license. 12–24 months experience is preferred; growth opportunities and consistent full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred depending on the candidate.
• A valid Arizona driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy cleaning to maintain patient rooms, offices, and hallways.
• Operate floor care equipment and assist with floor refinishing per protocol.
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas; dispose of waste and supplies as needed.
• Assist in patient safety rounds and alert nursing staff when intervention is required.
• Transport waste and linen to designated areas; ensure cleanliness of utility rooms.
