Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) is seeking an Assembly Team Member in Wisconsin to build and install engine components and subassemblies from blueprints and lean work instructions. The role emphasizes quality workmanship and meeting production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will read drawings, use micrometers and calipers, lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights. PSI offers comprehensive benefits and a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instruction manuals.
• Ability to apply math including fractions and ratios.
• Comfortable reading measuring tapes and using micrometers/calipers.
• Able to work at heights 14–35 feet and around insulation.
• Experience or aptitude in lean manufacturing and ISO9001 is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install engine components and subassemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect parts using measurement tools and report defects per procedures.
• Operate hand tools and electronic tooling following standardized operation sheets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using Lean methods.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
