Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center in the Dallas area is seeking a registered nurse to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care on a 12X3 night shift. The role requires leadership of assigned team members and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold Texas RN licensure (or eligibility). At least 6 months RN experience is preferred. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
