Job summary

Industrial Manufacturing in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Electrician to join the Maintenance Department. The role supports the Electrical Systems team with a strong focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

The position offers a 3rd shift (M-F, 10:30pm–6:30am) with a pay range of $38.52–$44.32 per hour. A High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience is required; NEC and arc flash safety knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, codes (NEC) and arc flash safety.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical problems.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing panels, fixtures, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and electrical equipment per procedures.
• Conduct startup and shutdown procedures for equipment following safety standards.
• Visually inspect and test electrical machinery and systems to identify issues.
• Dismantle, inspect, and replace defective electrical components and machinery parts.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex industrial control systems, including instrumentation and power distribution equipment.
