Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, sketches and plans to determine procedures and necessary tools.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit; weld supports; pull wire as needed.
• Install and fasten control and distribution equipment.
• Test systems and verify continuity and safety of components.
• Observe equipment to identify hazards and determine needed adjustments.
• Work with high and low voltage systems and connect wiring to fixtures and power equipment.
• Disassemble and repair defective electrical equipment or systems.
• Operate a range of electrical, hand, power, hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
