The role requires following detailed instructions, using hand and power tools, and meeting production goals on the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly, control panels, or enclosure fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and small components.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical control boxes and enclosures from start to finish.
• Install components, wiring, and hardware per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Verify correct placement and installation of components.
• Maintain production and quality documentation and keep area safe.
