Job summary

UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center in Estes Park, CO, is seeking an Emergency Department RN with 1+ year ED experience preferred. This onsite role offers 72 hours per pay period, night shift hours, and hourly pay of $35.29–$54.71 depending on experience.

Night Shift Incentive pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year). Housing may be available for on-duty UCHealth employees; must be reserved in advance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ED RN experience preferred.
• State RN license current or in process.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire; CPI, TNCC/ATCN, ENPC within 1 year.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross) and CPR card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate precepting of new staff or students as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality of care, and compliance with hospital policies.
