Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation is seeking a manufacturing operator to run automated machinery, follow standard work, and ensure parts meet specifications. The role requires basic math, safe operation, and attention to quality. The shift runs from 9:30PM to 5:45AM on the First Shift (United States of America).

Candidates should have at least a High School diploma or equivalent and be able to communicate in English. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to understand/ communicate in English and read/write basic safety notes.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machinery following verbal and written instructions.
• Make routine adjustments and set-ups for defined variables (length, temperature, speed).
• Load materials, perform light changeovers, monitor operations and inspect parts.
