Job summary

Xpress Global Systems (XGS) is seeking dockworkers for our Portland, Oregon facility. You will load and unload freight by hand or with pallet jacks and forklifts, sort products, and ensure trailers are properly loaded while using a barcode scanner.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position starts at 2:00 AM. Candidates must have at least 6 months warehousing experience, be able to read work orders, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in warehousing or fulfillment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 18 years old or older and able to meet hiring criteria.

Responsibilities

• Offload trucks and load freight using hands or pallet jacks/forklifts.
• Scan barcodes, verify information, and route freight correctly.
• Sort and store inventory, inspect for damage, and keep dock tidy.
• Record data in the system and assist with other duties as needed.
