Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Assistant District Manager to support our Newspaper Distribution Centers serving the Hanover/York region. The role involves overnight shifts and coordinating deliveries of daily publications to carriers and customers.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to handle up to 500 pounds with assistance, and basic computer skills. Up to 30 hours per week, with night hours from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., Sundays through Fridays, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and handle daily and non-daily products to carriers, haulers, retailers and consumers.
• Open the distribution center and prepare for contractor arrival; print and distribute reports.
• Use industry software to handle required reporting and maintain center paperwork.
• Complete documentation and assist with delivering newspapers and subscriber issues.
• Assist with training Product Handlers as needed.
