Hai Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher for Uchi Newport Beach at 2510 West Coast Highway, Mariner's Mile. Orientation mid-November with a planned opening in December 2026.

This full-time position includes weekends and night shifts and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits plus dining discounts. You will maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace, handle dishes and utensils, and support cooks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors.
• Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming.
