Job summary

Performance Food Group in Little Rock, AR is seeking a fleet maintenance technician to service medium to heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You’ll perform preventive maintenance under minimal supervision and document work orders in the Enterprise Asset Management system.

The role includes diagnosing basic failures, performing repairs on brakes, electrical systems, and onboard computers, and potentially road call service. Schedule is Sun–Thu, 12:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience including PMs and diagnostics.
• Experience with tires, wheels, air brakes, electrical troubleshooting, and A/C refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet tractors, trailers, and reefer units.
• Document work orders and maintenance in the Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Identify root causes and complete repairs; perform road calls as needed.
