Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Allentown fleet maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our heavy-duty truck fleet in a high standards shop environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years with Class 8 trucks, a complete set of heavy-duty hand tools, and vocational/technical diesel training or HS diploma. Ideal candidates work independently with a can-do attitude and are eager to grow their技能s within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• Proficient in using a complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
• Vocational or technical training in diesel/heavy-duty vehicles; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspect and replace general components as required.
