Job summary

CyrusOne is hiring a Critical Environments Operator (Night Shift) in San Antonio, TX. You will monitor electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/R systems to ensure uptime, respond to alarms, and perform preventive maintenance using CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic PC software including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate data center mechanical, electrical, and HVAC/R systems.
• Respond to alarms and conduct root cause analysis with safety first.
• Execute preventive maintenance per SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and MMRs.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and PMs; coordinate with vendors.
• Mentor junior operators and lead during critical events at senior levels.
