Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. seeks an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Fredericksburg, VA. The position offers night shifts (3, 12-hour 19:00–07:00), Epic charting, and one opening starting 10/13/2026.

Assignment length is 13 weeks with 434-bed capability and Level 2 trauma facility details. Required: 2 years CVICU RN experience, VA or Compact license, BLS ACLS NIHSS, and proficiency with arterial lines, ventilated patients, and complex cardiac care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN CVICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• VA or Compact license or Fast track qualification
