Job summary

OE Enterprises, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Custodian for the 3rd shift (4 hours per day, five days a week) with flexibility on weekends. The schedule is 11pm–6am.

GENERAL FUNCTION: Perform janitorial duties under moderate supervision, cleaning and sanitizing the assigned work area in offices or private facilities. Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals. MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school degree preferred but not required; on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training available.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, dust, mop, wash, and vacuum floors.
• Clean windows and mirrors, restrooms and dispose of trash.
• Identify supply needs and follow safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Work under moderate supervision and communicate with the supervisor when problems arise.
