Job summary

Medical City Denton is seeking a CT Technologist for the night shift, weekends only, to perform high-quality CT scans under radiologist guidance. The role requires ensuring safety and adherence to radiation guidelines while maintaining patient comfort and diagnostic accuracy.

The position emphasizes teamwork within the radiology department and ongoing participation in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Registered with the State of Texas.
• Registered with ARRT and Texas MRT.
• CT Certification through ARRT preferred.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring.
• Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities.

Education

AMA approved school of Radiology Technology

Registered with the State of Texas

Registered with ARRT and Texas MRT

CT Certification through ARRT preferred

Current AHA or ARC BLS provider
