Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist for an urgent backfill in Oklahoma. The RT will care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in an acute-care setting, working 12-hour night shifts with Cerner charting and close physician/nurse collaboration.

Requirements include NBRC credential, active Oklahoma license, and pediatric experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required, with Cerner experience valued for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have NBRC credential and active Oklahoma Respiratory license.
• Pediatric experience is required; neonatal to adult care.
• Minimum 6 months of respiratory therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations.
• Assess respiratory status and monitor response to treatment.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other prescribed therapies.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory-care equipment.
• Assist with airway management and respiratory support as needed.
• Monitor acutely ill patients and communicate changes in condition.
• Document assessments, treatments and patient response in Cerner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader clinical team.
• Follow respiratory-care, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.
