Job summary

Endrusick Enterprises LLC, an independent McDonald’s franchisee, is hiring Crew Members. Reliable transportation and availability from 10 PM to 6 AM are required; you must be 18+. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to grow with the team.

As a Crew Member you will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare World Famous food alongside a supportive team. We provide free uniforms, free meals daily, and employee discounts across brands.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be available 10 PM–6 AM.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
