Job summary

Mighty Taco is seeking Crew Team Members to deliver superior customer service, food quality, and facility cleanliness. You will interact with customers and team members in a courteous manner and follow cashier procedures, including reading back orders.

Responsibilities include taking orders at the front counter or drive-thru, counting money, and keeping service times under two minutes. You will also ensure accurate portions, handle complaints politely, and maintain hygiene through cleaning

Qualifications

• Must interact with customers and other team members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must adhere to Mighty Taco cashier procedures, including reading back orders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members professionally and courteously.
• Take customer orders at front counter or drive-thru when assigned to cashier.
• Count money accurately and provide correct change.
• Maintain a quick service time and meet Mighty Taco's average of 2 minutes or less.
• Ensure order accuracy and proper portioning.
• Handle minor customer complaints politely and to satisfaction.
• Follow Mighty Taco dress code and sanitation standards.
• Perform inside cleaning tasks and manage outside cleaning in assigned areas.
