Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a dedicated Courier to deliver and return blood products and materials. You will operate a vehicle under safety policies, verify orders, and provide excellent customer service while upholding regulatory requirements.

Experience in courier services or trucking is a plus. The role features a Sunday–Monday night schedule with benefits and competitive compensation. Training and protective equipment are provided to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver blood products and materials to internal and external customers safely and on time.
• Verify orders, load vehicles and maintain route inventory for prompt delivery.
• Document transport of blood products per internal and external regulations.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain positive interactions with staff and customers.
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform basic shipping/receiving duties as directed.
