Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains records and uses established ticket procedures during service.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores items per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
