Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitation of equipment, utensils, and areas.
• Labels and stores food items, checks for freshness and discards outdated items.
• Assists with meal service, tray setup, and dishwashing tasks.
• Logs temperatures of food and refrigeration as assigned.
• Adheres to policies and standards for food preparation.
