Qualifications

• Proficiency troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and automated industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
• Strong analytical, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• High school diploma or GED plus relevant apprenticeship or technical training.

Responsabilités

• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, servo systems, and related automation components.
• Diagnose control-system and electronic-component failures and restore equipment to reliable operation.
• Perform root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate repair-versus-replace options and identify suitable replacement components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs during outages.
• Document maintenance work, changes, repairs, and component replacements.
