Job summary

Accupac in Mainland, PA is hiring a Compounder for the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am, Sunday-Thursday). Pay is $20.80/hr plus $2.00/hr shift differential.

You’ll compound bulk products, prepare equipment, verify materials, and record data while following cGMP/SOP guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance. We offer competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or chemical handling preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate manual equipment.
• Comfortable working with hot water, solvents, and sanitizing agents.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitted respirator.
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks, working at heights, and dusty environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Responsibilities

• Compound bulk products by following written batch instructions and safety guidelines.
• Clean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment for production runs.
• Verify raw materials, equipment readiness, and compliance before starting batches.
• Record batch data and logbook entries accurately and consistently; collaborate with QA for sampling and approval.
• Support unloading and preparation of bulk storage tanks.
• Perform daily system monitoring, DI water sampling, and routine equipment upkeep.
• Conduct minor maintenance and assist with cleaning and painting tasks.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.
