Job summary
VIVA USA Inc in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide para-professional nursing care to Veterans/Members. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and support nursing staff.
The role requires AZ CNA certification, strong communication, and ability to document and transport residents. Work is full-time, 12-hour night shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am, onsite, with CMS QAPI participation.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in AZ.
- Experience with activities of daily living and basic medical tasks.
- Ability to document accurately in medical records.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs and personal care for Veterans/Members.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed staff.
- Document medical records and worksheets clearly and timely.
- Transport residents to appointments and perform clerical duties as needed.
