South Ogden Post Acute in South Ogden, UT is expanding its nursing team and seeking a dedicated CNA to join the night shift from 6PM to 6AM. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor needs, and support a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment.
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and build relationships with residents.
