Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and compassion for residents.
• Ability to work well with others in a team.
• Understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Comfortable caring for elderly and residents with special needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Criminal background check required.
• State CNA exam pass and CNA registration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Monitor vitals and report findings to staff.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and social activities.
• Document information accurately.
