Pay ranges from $19.37 to $21.64 per hour, based on experience, with 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. You’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care and help residents maintain dignity and comfort through the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care that protects each resident's dignity and independence.
• Help residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Create a calm, comfortable environment throughout the night
• Build genuine relationships with the people you care for
• Notice changes in residents' needs and communicate with the care team
• Be a reassuring presence when a resident needs help, comfort, or simply someone there
• Work alongside teammates who understand the importance of supporting one another
