Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center team in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The role focuses on providing high-quality hands-on care to residents and collaborating with the nursing team to maintain independence and well-being.

We are hiring for Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), with Part-Time and PRN opportunities also available. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered for eligible Full-Time CNAs.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.
